If any of these sound familiar, we can help.

What usually causes shoulder pain
Shoulder pain often comes from the rotator cuff tendons, the joint capsule (as in frozen shoulder) or the way the shoulder blade moves. We work out which structures are involved and treat the cause, not just the sore spot.
How we help
Every plan starts with a thorough one-on-one assessment. We explain what we find in plain English, then combine hands-on treatment with the right exercises to settle your pain and get you moving well again. You will always leave knowing what is next.
- A full 45–60 minute assessment with your physiotherapist
- Hands-on treatment plus a practical home programme
- Honest advice with no upselling
- Insurance-claim support and clear, GST-inclusive pricing
